You are paid up to $0.01/click and you can withdraw the money when the balance is at least $0.04 only through Paypal.
You can bring as many referrals as you can.
This website does not have a forum, but it is 2 years old and I couldn’t find complaints about it by now and also it has paid me several times since I’ve joined.
